By accessing or using the Steyel website, mobile app, or any related services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Site or any services provided by Steyel.
Description of Services
Steyel is a web and mobile app for AI-powered fashion discovery. Using your device's camera, Steyel identifies clothing and accessories, matches them to similar items across partner retailers, and lets you organize looks into style boards and community features and, where applicable, subscription plans.
User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms of Use.
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, or access data not intended for you.
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site's functionality.
- Use any automated means, including bots or scrapers, to collect data from the Site.
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and all content, features, and functionality — including the Steyel name, logo, software, and AI models — are owned by Steyel or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
Subscription Fees and Payments
Certain features of Steyel are available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
